The Slim&Flexible curse introduces attendees to healthy eating and preparation of healthy and low calorie meals. Losing weight in this course is based on receiving messages for weight loss and healthy diet.
The Slim & Flexible Course begins with learning how to prepare healthy and low calorie food, while the second part is dedicated to learning concrete steps towards losing weight.
With these lectures the participants learn the theoretical point of view of what causes obesity and thus find it easier to follow the instructions for losing weigh in practice. They also learn how to perform breathing exercises for losing weight, body exercises on their own and in a group by attending the BitiFit programme. Participants also learn relaxation for achieving energy balance, which in return helps losing the excess weight.
