E-day starts by absorbing early morning energy through Qi Gong exercises, followed by energy relaxation and a session. After the breakfast we go for a walk or an easy hike. During the hike we practice accepting of situations and everyone tries to keep their hearts open throughout the day. Upon the return to our centre, we continue the day with relaxation, massage and conversation. The day concludes with a screening of film that covers educational topics and at the end everyone return home full of energy. The E-day programme is usually carried out on Sundays, helping everyone to get ready for the challenges ahead in the upcoming week.
